Ken Min

Democrat for Queens District Leader

  • Ken is running for District Leader in Queens Assembly District 37-A, serving Sunnyside and Long Island City, and he needs your support!

  • Ken is a long-time district resident who knows the district and its issues and wants to represent you fully. He wants to hear from ALL district residents.

  • A District Leader is an unpaid volunteer elected official who advocates for the community, promotes Democratic voter turnout, and nominates judges.  District leaders do not vote on legislation.

  • The first step for any candidate running for office in New York is to collect enough signatures to get on the ballot. Come meet Ken in person and sign our petition.

What’s one thing you want your elected officials to change?

We’re listening.

About Ken

Ken believes that all residents of Queens deserve a voice in their government.

Born in Queens to Korean immigrants, Ken is a longtime district resident, lawyer, husband and father of three, raising his children in Sunnyside. He is running to give voice to residents’ ideas, concerns, and thoughts about the district’s issues.

Whether it's affordability, housing, environment, education, immigration, elder rights, street safety, small businesses, or another important concern, he will listen and make your voice heard by your elected leaders.

As District Leader, Ken would:

  • Listen

Listen to community concerns from every voice

  • Communicate

Share district concerns with elected leaders

  • Nominate

    Help nominate judicial candidates

  • Vote

Get out the vote and hire poll workers

Meet my fellow candidate for District Leader, Ariel Stewart

There are two district leaders per assembly district. Ariel and I are running for two open seats. We’re working together to campaign and to ensure the district’s issues are heard once we’re elected.
